I have a hard time finding shoes in Narrow for my daughter so I was thrilled to see these offered in a Narrow width. They seem to fit her narrow foot pretty well. The length seems true to size and she says that they are comfortable. I love the easy velcro closure. They will be perfect for school, she can run and play in them but they also look nicer than tennis shoes. They seem to be well made and you can't beat the Amazon price. Stride Rite sells similiar shoes but at double the cost. I bought the brown and the black. I can't comment on how well they hold up over time as we just got them.

My 5 year old has wide feet, which greatly limits the shoes she can wear. I was thrilled to find these shoes for her because they are very different from the Stride Rite shoes she has always worn. Unfortunately, the shoes were just not wide enough & I had to return them. They lookes really cute but they would have been painful for my daughter to wear. They are just not as wide as Stride Rite's wide shoes.
